Youtubetv comes with 6 accounts so all your family members can stream wherever they go on any device.
You may have to wait to sign up in your area. As of now Youtubetv is only available in the following areas: Chicago, Los Angeles, New York City, Philadelphia & San Francisco Bay Area.
