This video was made by Max Lanman for his girlfriend to help sell her 1996 Honda Accord. According to posts on Youtube, he had the car on eBay and it reached $150,000 but was canceled by eBay for unknown reasons.
Recently Carmax made a video offering to buy the car for $20,000 which in itself is very funny. They did point out that the cat is optional.
